It seems that the obsessed people are definitely the most successful. Buy it is what they are obsessed with that makes them different. They seem to be obsessed with the thing that they want to be good at.
This doesn’t seem to be limited to just one industry or business either as there are of course people at the highest levels in all of these industries. And high performers have common traits.
In terms of obsession, the special ones are those that immerse themselves completely in their chosen field, becoming merely good at it is not a thought as they simply want to be the best at what they do. And they believe it.
They do all the usual stuff like show up earlier and stay later but don’t seem to get burnt out as they are fully bought into what they do and see it as something they choose to do rather than have to do.
Getting obsessed about what you do could possibly take you to the next level in your chosen endeavour. Maybe that means training for longer, making more calls, sending out more emails, posting more content on social etc.
